Delivery Info


  • The current delivery service we provide covers the areas of Simpang Ampat, Sungai Jawi, and Bukit Mertajam in the state of Penang, Malaysia.

Delivery Charges:

In order to provide better service, we have established the following delivery fee policy:
  • We only accept orders with a minimum value of RM90.
  • Orders with a purchase amount of RM150 or more are eligible for free delivery.
  • For orders with a total amount below RM150.00, a fixed delivery fee of RM10 will be charged.


Our delivery service operates during the following hours:
  • Tuesday to Sunday: Deliveries start at 9:00 AM.
  • Monday is our rest day, and delivery service is temporarily suspended on that day.


  • The delivery service is only applicable to the mentioned areas. For deliveries to other locations, please contact our customer service team for more information.
  • Delivery information may be subject to adjustments due to special holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide the delivery service as per the mentioned schedule and notify customers in advance of any possible changes.

Refund Policy

  1. Please check your order list and freshness of the items upon receipt. Goods delivered more than 8 hours ago will not be eligible for refunds or returns.

  2. If you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us immediately. Provide us with photos of the items along with a brief description and your order number. We will review the provided photos and advise on our next steps accordingly.

  3. If you need to return a product, please ensure its integrity and that it has not been used. Return shipping costs will be at your own expense, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly shipped during the delivery process.

  4. If your refund request is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping or handling fees, unless the damage or defect was due to our error.

  5. All refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Once the refund is processed, the funds will be returned to you via the original payment method.
